In collaboration with the Ellis County Art Association (ECAA), our self-service gallery lets artists freely display and sell their work, keeping 100% of the sales.

How to become an artist displaying at this gallery
Be Part of the Hamilton Gallery Experience
Are you an artist looking to showcase your work in a vibrant community setting? The Hamilton Gallery at Garden Valley offers a unique platform for local artists to exhibit their art and connect with art enthusiasts. Here's how you can be a part of this exciting opportunity:
Step 1: Join the ECAA
Your journey starts with being a member of the Ellis County Art Association (ECAA). If you're not already a member or need to renew your membership, simply click here to get started.
Step 2: Understand the Rules and Sign the Release
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established a set of rules and procedures. Please take a moment to read them thoroughly and sign the release form. You can access the document here.
Step 3: Submit the Signed Release Form
Once you have signed the release form, you can send a picture or copy of it to us via email at ecaa@elliscountyart.net or mail it to:

Alternatively, you can bring the signed form to our next meeting. There are also forms available to be signed at our monthly Art Meet.
Step 4: Get Your Label Template
Proper labeling is crucial for your artwork. The form for labels is here. Upon filling out the form sent to you, you will receive an email with the label template. You can use this label for all your paintings, simply edit the title and price. Please follow the instructions included with the label to correctly attach it to your painting, you can delete the instructions before printing to save on ink.
